French title Chassis # 105315 - Trigano collection - Desirable bodywork - Very beautiful restoration - No reserve After its launch in 1928, the C4 continued to evolve. After the AC4 F of 1930, it was the turn of the C4 G to be unveiled at the Paris Salon of 1931. The improvements began with mechanicals, with an engine cylinder capacity approaching 1.8 liters, and 32bhp. The nickel plated metal parts were now chromed and had a great shiny look, as it appears on the rims. The C4 was equipped with a 3-speed gearbox and retained the principles of the all-steel body, available in several different body styles. This car has the coach body style, which was actually called a "faux cabriolet 4-seater" as opposed to "faux cabriolet two-seater" and that did not include quarter windows. Brighter inside, this coach is very usable and comfortable. This car has been fully restored and the quality is on a sound basis, again by Andre Trigano's team. The chrome parts are in very good condition and the car seems has hardly been driven since its restoration. The interior has been redone and there are a series of instruments on a black plate fixed behind a red metal sheet matching bodywork's color. All seems to be in very good condition. With its unusual and original bodywork, this C4 coach stands out with its elegance and distinctiveness compared to less exclusive sedans and limousines. An advantage emphasized by the good condition of the car. Please note that some cars may have undergone body or mechanical repair work between the production of the catalogue and the viewing, so please feel free to contact us for further details.
