1934 U.S. All-Star Tour of Japan Team Autographed Photograph Original 8"x10" sepia tone image picturing the United States All-Star baseball team posed at an interior reception during the famed 1934 Tour of Japan. Image has been signed by (30) members of the U.S. delegation in black fountain pen to include Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Jimmie Foxx, Connie Mack, Lefty Gomez, Earl Averill, Charlie Gehringer and J.A. Hillerich. Several of the wives have signed as well, including Eleanor Gehrig. Signatures range from 6-9 out of 10 (majority 7 or better). The photo has a few surface creases which have been reinforced with linen tape on the verso. Few smalll edge tears/chips are present as well. Team signed items from the 1934 Tour are notably uncommon with special note to signed images given their limited availability on site.
