Beschreibung:

In September 1958 BSA introduced a new ‘250’ that would provide the basis for an entire range of singles in capacities up to 500cc. This newcomer, the C15, featured a compact overhead-valve engine and unitary four-speed gearbox. Alternator electrics and coil ignition were features, early models being distinguished by a distributor-type points housing. The engine/gearbox unit was housed in a conventional cradle frame with bolt-on rear subframe. Trials and scrambles versions were offered as the range expanded during the 1960s. This fully restored C15 is offered from an exclusive private collection of cars and motorcycles. Kept in a heated motor house, it has been started occasionally to keep the oil circulated but otherwise has seen little active use during the present ownership. This concours-standard machine is presented in excellent condition in every respect and offered with restoration bills and photographs, current MoT/road fund licence and Swansea V5 registration document.
