Beschreibung:

The first model of the 360 to be built was the Modena and named after the town, the birthplace of Enzo Ferrari. It went into production in 1999 and continued until 2005 when it was replaced by the F430. The Modena was followed two years later by the 360 Spider, Ferrari's 20th road-going convertible. Other than weight, the Spider's specifications matched those of the Modena almost exactly. Ferrari partnered with Alcoa to produce an entirely all new aluminium space-frame chassis that was 40% stiffer than the F355 which had utilised steel. The design was 28% lighter despite a 10% increase in overall dimensions. The new V8 engine, common to all versions, used a 3.6 litre capacity engine, flat plane crankshaft, titanium connecting rods and generated 400bhp. The six-speed gearbox was available as a six speed manual, or the F1, paddle controlled electro hydraulic manual. This excellent Ferrari 360 Modena F1 was supplied by the UK main Ferrari agents, Maranello Concessionaires, based in Egham, Surrey. Finished in Grigio Alloy with black leather interior, this has only covered 17,470 miles from new which is verified by the service book and old MoT test certificates. It was fully checked and serviced in March of this year and at the same time, the cam belts were replaced and a new brake pump fitted. This early example is supplied with a V5C registration document, an MoT test certificate which expires in July 2015; a complete book pack containing the handbook and service book, an original tool kit and Ferrari car cover still in its bag. This represents a good opportunity to purchase a low mileage, unmolested example of the prancing horse marque.
