Several leaves browned, old dampstain to gutter of a few leaves, chipping to spine with some loss to lettering, hinges reinforced, rear hinge cracked with some separation. FIRST FRENCH EDITION of an account of the Second Anglo-Dutch War, first printed in Dutch in 1667. It includes a description of the battles for New Holland, and of the capture of the city of New Amsterdam on "l'isle de Manathans." 2. ANGLO-DUTCH WARS. STUBBE, HENRY. 1632-1676. One edge of folding plate wrinkled and short tear to blank margin of same, joints chipped, hinges cracked.
