Descendante naturelle de la Renault 5 Turbo, la Renault Clio V6 lancée en 2001 en reprenait l'architecture à moteur central mais, au lieu d'un quatre-cylindres à turbocompresseur, elle adoptait un V6 de 3 litres développant quelque 230 ch. Elle avait été conçue en collaboration avec Tom Walkinshaw Racing, préparateur bien connu pour son implication avec Jaguar en compétition. Ses qualités sportives séduisaient immédiatement une clientèle de passionnés. D'après son numéro de châssis, cette voiture a été livrée neuve en France et immatriculée pour la première fois le 20 juin 2001. Un an plus tard, en 2002, elle était exportée en Espagne où elle était immatriculée. De teinte grise, la peinture extérieure est très bien conservée et la voiture est équipée de feux arrière de Clio Phase 2 et d'un becquet rallongé au sommet de la malle arrière.
