3.9-Liter DOHC Twin-Turbo V8 Engine Direct Fuel Injection 710bhp at 8,000rpm 7-Speed Dual Clutch Transmission 4-Wheel Magnetorheological Controlled Independent Suspension 4-Wheel Ventilated Carbon Ceramic Disc Brakes *Finished in classic Rosso Corsa over Black Leather *Highly optioned example *Amongst the most powerful V8 engines produced by Ferrari *Precise handling and 710 horsepower performance THE FERRARI F8 TRIBUTO As the successor to the 488 model, the F8 Tributo benefitted from the refinements that were learned from the outgoing 488 platform. Being that the 488 was Ferrari's first turbocharged mid-engine V8 offering since the 1980's, much was learned from their return to forced induction engines. The first model to benefit from these updates was the new F8 Tributo, which was unveiled to the world at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show. The engine is nearly the same design and output of the 488 Pista model giving the F8 some staggering performance numbers. The turbochargers did receive some updates in which the results have made the turbos so much more efficient that the F8 has practically no turbo lag. As soon as the acceleration begins, the boost is immediately there thanks to the implementation of new inconel exhaust manifolds as well as turbo revolution sensors. The induction system of the F8 engine also received refinements to be able to optimize a cooler intake temperature which in result produces additional power levels. The interior of the F8 also received updates from its predecessor, including a new dash layout with round HVAC vents as well as new climate controls. The balance of the interior has been carried over from the previous 488 model. In regard to the exterior, Ferrari made some striking changes to differ the F8 from the 488. The aerodynamics on the F8 are vastly improved thank in part to new features including the front S-duct which provides extra downforce by channeling air from the front bumper and exiting through a functional hood vent. The front air intakes located above the headlights also help to aid the aerodynamics while also providing air to cool the front brakes and increasing airflow through the wheelwell. The side air intakes have also been revised in addition to a new radiator layout resulting in a cooler air charge. Finally, the rear blown spoiler received updates creating more efficiency and adding three rear flux deflectors which help with reduced drag. With these mechanical and aerodynamic updates, the performance figures are quite impressive. The F8 achieves a 0-62mph time in 2.9 seconds while capable of reaching a top speed of 211mph. These impressive times are achieved with the help of the extremely quick shifting 7-speed dual clutch gearbox. Lightweight forged wheels along with large carbon ceramic brakes help this vehicle achieve a respectful 3,398 pound curb weight, This makes the car nimble enough to turn in some serious lap times at the race circuit thanks in part to the adjustable suspension, controllable E-diff and selectable driving modes via the steering wheel mounted 'manettino' switch. The result of all these technological advancements have helped Ferrari produce one of its most potent mid-engine cars to date. THE MOTORCAR OFFERED This 2020 model year F8 Tributo was delivered to Algar Ferrari of Philadelphia. Showing less than 200 miles at the time of cataloging, the car still presents in near new condition. This coupe is finished in Rosso Corsa, Ferrari's most iconic red hue. The interior is completed in black leather with red deviated stitching. This example comes spec'd with a large number of optional features in the amount of $103,524 just in options alone bringing the total window sticker price to $379,304. The complete list of options includes: Alcantara Insert Seat Bolsters, Alcantara Seats Inner Trim, Alcantara Door Panel, Adaptive Frontlight System, Carbon Fiber Inner Door Handle, Carbon Fiber Driver Zone + LEDs, Carbon Fiber Central Bridge, Exterior Sill Kick in Carbon,
