4 A finely detailed exhibition standard fibreglass, wood and metal scale model of the ocean going tug 'Zwarte Zee' of Rotterdam, built by M.D.Mitev 1970. --16 x 36½in (40.5 x 103cm) With signal masts, radar, radio aerials, D.F.loop and deck details including anchors, winches, cleats, bollards, rope coil, ship's bell, spare propellor, deck rails, companionways, glazed wheelhouse, awning staunchions, open bridge with binnacle, ship's wheel, deck lights, lockers, hatches, two canvas covered lifeboats in davits, spare anchors, canvas covered ship's boat with davit, aft steering position, fire fighting equipment, ventilators, searchlight, horses and other details. The hull, planked, framed and fibreglass coated is fitted with single shaft and four blade propellor ( motor removed ), bilge keels and rudder. Finished in red, black and brown with white upperworks and green decks. Fitted carrying box. Competition History and Awards Bulgarian National Championship; 1970-gold, 1973-gold, 1974-silver.
