A ceramic group including a pair of rare porcelain figures Staffordshire; Coalport; Continental; Ridgway; English; Hope & Corte Burslem; Wedgwood; Meissen; and Kornilov Brothers, all 19th century A pair of rare full-length painted figures of Alexander II and Maria Alexandrovna; a large cylindrical mug printed and painted with 'Cossacks flying to Annoy'; another, smaller, with Don Cossack'; a plate, similar, both after Ackermann's print after Orlovskii, inscribed under bases ; a cream-ware coffee-pot with prints of 'Alexander Zemlenutin Cossack of the Don Regiment' and 'The great Tsar Alexander' and details of General Wittgenstein and Alexander I; a saucer with Alexander I; a slop bowl, cup and saucer with Cossacks; a ceramic carafe with oval portraits of Persian Shahs, all apparently unmarked ; two ceramic plates with a view of the Kremlin and the Vorontsov monument; two miniature porcelain figures of a girl-angel and a water-carrier, all marked under base The ceramic carafe 10¼ in.
