A CHARLES RIGLER SIGNED BASEBALL The signal that the "fix" was in for the 1919 World Series was that Ed Cicotte, the pitcher for the White Sox on October 1, 1919 would hit the batter with the first pitch of the game. He did and the batter was waved to first base by plate umpire Charles Rigler. This ball was signed by Rigler in 1932. In excellent condition.
