A Chinese celadon tripod censer, Ming dynasty (1368-1644), of circular form moulded with 'bagua' (eight trigrams) motifs on three stud feet, covered in a thick pale blue-green glaze with crackles, 32.8cm diameter Provenance: Purchased from Malcolm Clarke in 1994; The Collection of The Late Brian and Josie Lister, The Old Rectory, Widdington, and thence by descent.
