A CHINESE EXPORT ASSEMBLED “ARMS OF NEW YORK” PART TEA SERVICE, QING DYNASTY, QIANLONG PERIOD, CIRCA 1795 comprising 29 pieces: a cylindrical coffee pot and cover, a chocolate pot and cover, a barrel-form teapot and cover, a cylindrical jar and cover, a helmet-shaped cream jug, a small cream jug, two tea caddies, a bowl, four teabowls, a handled teabowl, a coffee can, five small saucers, a pair of small plates and one small oval plateporcelaincoffee pot and cover: 9 1/4 in. (23.5 cm) highCondition ReportAll pieces in overall good condition except: The domed coffee pot cover with two areas of restoration at the rim, the domed chocolate pot cover with the enamels at the border touched up, the teapot cover with blue enamels on the rim and leaves touched up, the teapot similarly with the blue enamels at the mouth rim touched up, and with a Y shaped firing line to the bottom of the spout, and one other firing line encircling one strap of the handle at the lower terminal. the handle of the helmet shaped cream jug restored, the small pear shaped cream jug with a short hairline to the rim, one teacaddy with two bruises to the interior mouth rim with associated harlines, one saucer with a rim chip and associated hairline, one saucer with a hairline to the rim and restored rim chip, one saucer with a star crack to the center and a triangular section of the rim out and restored, two saucers with multiple hairlines to the rim, the coffee can with a hairline to the rim, one teabowl restored, one teabowl with a hairline to the rim, one teabowl with multiple hairlines to the rim.
