A Coalport dark-blue ground two-handled tapering vase and a cover, a Coalport dark-blue ground oviform vase and cover, and a Coalport dark-blue ground pot-pourri vase, cover and liner and a similar Coalport vase Circa 1910, printed crowned marks in green, gilt shape numbers The first painted by E.O. Ball with Ross Castle , titled to the underside, signed, within a gilt scroll mirror-shaped cartouche issuing leaves, the reverse painted with a loose spray of flowers within a shield-shaped cartouche between pale-yellow ground sections gilt with C-scrolls and foliage, with richly-gilt ram's head handles, the cover with a cone finial painted with butterflies in gilt scroll cartouches; the second painted by E.O. Ball with a view of Kilchurn. Castle , signed and titled to the underside, within a lobed oval gilt scroll cartouche issuing fruiting vines, the reverse with further fruiting vines, with similar ornament to the foot and the pale-yellow-ground neck, the cover with a richly-gilt cone finial; the pot-pourri vase, cover and liner painted with a view of Old Inverlochy titled to the underside, within a gilt scroll cartouche issuing leaves, the reverse with a shield-shaped panel of flowers, the domed cover pierced and surmounted by a gilt gadrooned ball finial, the other vase similar. 17¾ in. (45.1 cm.) high overall, 9¾ in. (24.7 cm.) high, 7 in. (17.8 cm.) and 5¼ in. (13.2 cm.) high. (5)
