A COLLECTION OF LATE 19TH/EARLY 20TH CENTURY GOLD AND GEM-SET CHARMS OF ROYAL INTEREST The thirteen charms comprising a gold mounted glazed compass with enamelled pointer, a hinged gold locket containing a glazed compartment and photograph of Queen Alexandra, a gold seal with Edward VII's cypher containing a retractable pencil, a violet coloured guilloché enamel commemorative medallion with applied white enamel laurel wreath and crown surrounding the dates 1901 1910, the reverse with red, white and blue enamel cypher for Edward VII, a red guilloché enamel circular locket, with diamond-set star motif above the motto THIS BE YOUR LUCKY STAR , opening to reveal a glazed compartment, a gold mounted glazed locket containing a pressed flower, a gold pig with chased detailing, a gold bell, a gold four-leaf-clover, a reverse painted rock crystal panel depicting a forget-me-not within a rose-cut diamond surround, the reverse engraved TORIA. JANY 31.1905 , a hinged gold and white enamel 'letter' charm with Forget Me Not , partially damaged to the interior, a blue guilloché enamel locket with gold foliate decoration, glazed interior containing a photograph of Princess Victoria, the reverse engraved TORIA 31ST JANUARY 1905 and a hinged gold and turquoise enamel 'telegram' charm with black painted motto Loin des yeux, près du coeur to the interior, each suspended from a central rose gold bolt ring
