A diverse selection of miscellaneous globe gores, two rare unsigned sheets of twelve full gores reproduced from a woodcut original, c.1590/1890, for a 6¾-inch diameter terrestrial globe (cf Dekker, p.527); part of a sheet of gores for Doppelmayr's 1730 9-inch diameter celestial globe, cut to the octagonal shape of a horizon ring; two sheets of engraved horizon rings with three celestial ecliptic strips for 5¼-inch globes, one sheet signed in manuscript C. Meijer ; a set of twelve chromolithographed gores and two polar calottes for J. Forest's 9½-inch terrestrial globe of c.1905; a sheet of twelve chromolithographed gores and two polar calottes for a 1960's Kiepert Klima-Globus 13-inch diameter terrestrial meteorological globe, with clear plastic covering and matt-mounted; and a selection of twelve miscellaneous engraved plates on cartographical, astronomical and globe-related subjects, two signed Bernard Direx , two signed W.
