BOILEAU Oval with chased waterleaves and bands of fluting, gadrooning, and laurels, with beaded angular handles, the cover with conforming decoration and entwined serpent finial, the navette-form stand chased with waterleaves, with leafy palm scrolling grips and gadrooned and laurel borders, the body engraved on each side with a coat-of-arms and motto, the cover and stand engraved with a crest on each side, marked under base, on tureen foot and cover bezel 13 in. (33 cm.) high, the stand 21 in. (53 cm.) long; 263 oz. 10 dwt. (7,345 gr.)
