A FINE MATCHED PAIR OF 12-BORE SINGLE-TRIGGER SIDELOCK EJECTORS BOSS & CO., 13 DOVER STREET, PICCADILLY, LONDON, W., SERIAL NOS. 7178 & 8178 With blacked chopperlump barrels signed in full and respectively numbered '1' and '2' in gold on the rib, the No.2 gun with removable striker-discs, blued toplevers respectively numbered '1' and '2' in gold, automatic safeties with gold-inlaid 'SAFE', signed locks with gold-inlaid cocking-indicators, trigger-plates engraved 'BOSS'S PATENT No.22894', blued rolled-edge trigger-guards, best quality bouquet and scroll engraving throughout, the actions and locks retaining much original finish, well figured 14 5/8 in. stocks, and vacant gold escutcheons, in maker's leather double motor case 29 in.
