A finely engineered model Stuart twin cylinder compound vertical reversing marine engine, with blacked steel-clad cylinders 7/8 and 1in. bore x 1in. stroke, draincocks, transfer pipe, hand lever and quadrant-operated Stephenson's link reverse, rear frame-incorporated slipper-type crosshead guides, three main bearings with oil cups, disc flywheel, shaft and two blade bronze propellor, mounted on metal bearers on an ebonised wood display base -- 7 x 12in.
