A GEORGE II SILVER SUGAR BOWL AND COVER LONDON, 1730, MAKER'S MARK W.F, POSSIBLY FOR WILLIAM FORDHAM OR WILLIAM FLEMING Cylindrical and on spreading foot, the detachable cover with a collet foot, later engraved with the Royal arms with a label for difference within the Garter motto and with Royal duke's coronet above, marked underneath and inside cover 4 in. (10.2 cm.) diam. 7 oz. (218 gr.) The arms are those of The Prince George Duke of Kent (1902-1942).
