Aggeo, Warranted within concentric scale annotated in barometric inches with the usual observations to circumference and generous glazed cast brass bezel, the rounded base with further marquetry rosette, 96cm (36.75ins) high. A Paul Aggio is recorded in Banfield, Edwin BAROMETER MAKERS AND RETAILERS 1660-1900 as working in Chelmsford circa 1820-45.
