A GEORGE III SILVER-GILT TEAPOT, STAND AND SUGAR-BOWL MARK OF PAUL STORR LONDON, 1808 The teapot of Roman lamp form, the sugar-bowl cylindrical, each on spreading foot and with a basketweave band at the shoulder, with an egg-and-dart border, the stand circular and on four palmette and paw feet, each piece engraved with the Royal arms with a label for difference and below a Royal Duke's coronet, the teapot and stand each marked underneath, the sugar bowl marked on foot, the teapot further marked inside cover the teapot 10 7/8 in. (27.7 cm.) wide gross weight 68 oz. (2,121 gr.) The Royal arms are apparently those of Adolphus Frederick, 1st Duke of Cambridge (1771-1850) (3)
