A GEORGE III SILVER TANKARD AND TWO GEORGE III SILVER MUGS The tankard marked William Cripps London, 1763; the first mug marked Francis Crump, London, 1767; the last marked John Robert, London, 1797 Each of baluster form on circular foot, the tankard with applied molded band at waist, with scroll handle, the hinged domed cover with pierced thumbpiece; the first mug with leaf-capped scroll handle; the last body engraved with a band of flowers and foliage. The tankard 8in. (20.3cm.) high; total weight 62oz. (3)
