The body with a bright cut engraved vacant shield shape cartouche to each side, between borders of stylised scrolls, the lid with simple bright cut engraved motifs. Fully marked underneath and with a lion passant to the lid only. Length – 26.5 cm / 10.3 inches Weight – 324 grams / 10.42 ozt Collection of Anthony Aston Smith (1929-2010)
