A GEORGE IV SILVER FIVE-PIECE TEA AND COFFEE SERVICE** THE TEAPOT AND KETTLE MAKER'S MARK OF PHILIP RUNDELL LONDON, 1821/2, THE REMAINDER JOSEPH ANGELL 1822/3 Comprising: kettle, stand and lamp, coffee pot, stand and lamp, tea pot, cream jug and sugar bowl, bulbous, the lower bodies fluted, the upper bodies chased with flowers and diaperwork within foliate scrolls, and a band of applied flowers, the spouts and domed covers with conforming decoration and fluted ivory finials, with reeded leaf-clad or ivory loop handles, each engraved with a coat-of-arms, the kettle and coffee stands on triform base with scroll, shell and rocaille feet and with shell and acanthus rim, the tripod stand with scroll legs headed by leaf and shell motifs with openwork foliate swags, with removable fluted lamp, the covers engraved with crests, fully marked--overall height of kettle 17½ (44.4cm. high) (gross weight 240oz. 10dwt., 7511gr.)
