A GROUP OF ROMAN GLASS VESSELS CIRCA 4TH CENTURY A.D. Including a pale turquoise glass flask, the long body with vertical grooves tapered to rounded base, the wide mouth with twin amber trailed handles, 4¾ in. (12 cm.) high; an iridescent double balsamarium, the conjoined tubes with zigzag trail below the lip and fine trail around the body, 4½ in. (11.4 cm.) high; a balsamarium with similar fine trail, twin handles on flaring rim, conical foot, 5¾ in. (14.5 cm.) high; a spherical bodied jar with triple aubergine trailed handles from everted rim to shoulder, 2½ in. (6.4 cm.) high; an aubergine glass cylindrical jar, with short flaring mouth, 4 1/8 in. (10.5 cm.) high; a fragmentary flask with flattened ovoid body and fine vertical ribs on neck and shoulder, the neck gently flaring, circa 5th-6th Century A.D., 9 in. (22.9 cm.) high; a clear glass beaker with flaring sides and wheel-cut lines, 3 5/8 in. (9.2 cm.) high; and a glass unguentarium with bell-shaped body, 6 3/8 in. (16.2 cm.) high, both circa 1st-2nd Century A.D.; and a miscellaneous group including two Roman glass bracelets, 1st-4th Century A.D., 2 in.
