Entitled to a 2nd Class Russian Order of St Anne. Awarded whilst serving with the 6th Battalion HLI, with both OBE and MID for Archangel 3/2/1920. Lieutenant Colonel William Alexander Kininmouth Murray was awarded the OBE 3/2/1920 page 1374. For valuable services rendered in connection with military operations in Archangel. North Russia dated 11/11/1919. 6th HLI attached MGC.
