A HUNGARIAN MILITARY BROADSWORD EARLY 16 T H CENTURY In excavated condition, almost centainly a river find, with long flat double-edged blade coming to a characteristic rounded point, cut with three narrow fullers over its lower half on both sides, a running wolf mark inlaid in latten on one side at the forte, struck with two marks on one side of the tang, S-shaped spatulate quillons, and 'wheel' pommel. 35½in (90.2cm) blade
