A jewelled gold and guilloché enamel brooch St. Petersburg, 1896-1908 Of escutcheon form, the blue guilloché enamel ground with gold inscription around the central applied diamond-set Imperial coat-of-arms, in opaque white band border, surmounted by diamond-set ribbon cresting, marked on pin and pin-guard 1½ in. (3.8 cm.) The Russian inscription reads: 1879 1904 'TOV.NEFT.PROISV.BR.NOBEL/E.K.NOBEL' which translates as 'Oil Production Company of the Br[others] Nobel E. K. Nobel'
