The arm rails are supported on slender standing stiles and extend beyond the front posts. The rectangular frame encloses a mat seat above a shaped apron and stretchers. The legs are joined by stepped stretchers and a shaped foot rest in the front, below shaped spandrels. 43 in. (109.2 cm.) high, 23 in. (58.4 cm.) wide, 17 in. (43.2 cm.) deep
