A LARGE BRASS TEN LIGHT CHANDELIER IN DUTCH 18TH CENTURY STYLE, 19th century, with hanging ring above a figural finial cast as Saint Mary with her foot on the Serpent, the multi knopped and waisted shaft issuing six scrolling branches with floral terminals, above the sconces on further scrolling foliate cast branches, above a spherical moulding and knopped terminal CONDITION: The object bears the usual minor knocks and scuffs overall consistent with age and use, but is in basically good order. It is of late 19th century make. There is polish residue and dirt in the recesses. Some arms are a little loose. The drip pans are pierced and the arms hollow for wiring. There are no electrical fittings in place. Measurements: click here
