A large pair of pennanular gold hoop earrings Circa 7th-6th Century B.C. Each sheet gold tube chased with lattice work terminals, 1 5/8in. (4.1cm.) across max.; a large pair of sheet gold hoop earrings with wire loops, circa 4th Century B.C., 1¾in. (4.5cm.) across max.; two pairs of solid gold earrings, each with central ridged swelling, circa 3rd-2nd Century B.C., ½in. (1.5cm.) long max.; a pair of gold earrings of flat crescent-shaped form, with punched decoration and wire ear hoop, 1st millennium B.C., 1in. (2.5cm.) across max.; a Roman gold, garnet and glass earring pendant, the central hollow sphere decorated with bosses, the upper half with three circular inlay mounts, one garnet remaining, the lower half with two glass inlays remaining, 1 5/8in. (4.1cm.) long; another fragmentary gold granulated pendant (formed from various ancient components), 1in. (2.7cm.) long, all circa 2nd-3rd Century A.D.; and a pair of Islamic gold earrings, each composed of a fine wire hoop threaded with three hollow gold spherical beads, circa 11th Century A.D., ¾in.
