A LARGE PALE GREENISH-WHITE JADE MOUNTAIN GROUP 19TH CENTURY Of tall irregular shape carved as two peaks with a cleft between them, through which rushes a waterfall carved on one side, vapor rising from the falls supports a ledge above on which stands Xiwangmu flanked by attendants holding fans, while below three immortals carrying a bottle, a ruyi scepter and a peach are shown walking along a rocky path with a pine tree at either end, with a deer and a crane standing on two ledges and a peach tree and lingzhi sprouting from others, on the reverse two more immortals followed by a crane cross a bridge near the base, with a pine tree and further lingzhi above, the pale greenish-white stone with some opaque white mottling 13½ in.
