A machine woven carpet, Persian design, with ivory field with an overall floral trellis within a salmon red palmette and rosette border, together with a machine made rug, Turkey, 20th century, the main field with central medallion on blue ground, with surrounding foliate designs on brown corner spandrels, both ends with knotted fringe (130 by 65cm., 4ft. 3in., 2ft. 1in.) (not illustrated); and another machine woven rug, 20th century, the central field with repeat pattern on blue ground, with salmon pink spandrels, all within two outer borders interspersed with several narrow borders (234 by 137cm., 7ft. 8in., 4ft. 6in.) (not illustrated) (3) Large carpet approximately 883 by 548cm., 18ft., 29ft. (illustrated) label on reverse `British manufacture, 1939'
