circa 1870 The small ovoid vase raised on a square plinth, the handles curiously formed as busts of a male and a female satyr, the deep blue glaze finely painted in white enamel with a putto or fairy-child resting on a cloud and watching butterflies among flowers, the borders gilded, 14cm high, crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue, incised K47, impressed 28 (one handle broken and restuck)
