A PAIR OF DIAMOND AND COLOURED DIAMOND EAR PENDANTS
A PAIR OF DIAMOND AND COLOURED DIAMOND EAR PENDANTS Each designed as a line of graduating pear-shaped diamonds weighing 3.02, 3.01, 1.79, 1.61, 1.03 and 1.03 carats, spaced by brilliant-cut pink diamonds, mounted in 18k white and rose gold, 4.2 cm long Accompanied by six reports dated from 22 May 2006 to 24 January 2014 from the Gemological Institute of America stating that the pear-shaped diamonds weighing from 3.02 to 1.03 carat are D colour, internally flawless clarity Also accompanied by a supplemental letter from the Gemological Institute of America stating that the 3.02 carat diamond has been determined to be type IIa. Type IIa diamonds are the most chemically pure type of diamond and often have exceptional optical transparency. Type IIa diamonds were first identified as originating from India (particularly from the Golconda region) but have since been recovered in all major diamond-producing regions of the world. Among famous gem diamonds, the 530.20 carat Cullinan I and the 105.60 carat Koh-i-noor, are examples of Type IIa Please note that four certificates are more than 3 years old and might require an update (2)
