circa 1760-61 Vase 'hollandois nouveau ovale', of the third size, in two parts, with a flared neck and pierced base raised on four feet, painted by Micaud père with flower sprigs, including fruit on one side of the neck, alternating with panels of gilt and blue mosaïque pattern edged in gilt scrollwork and trellis panels, blue line borders with gilt dashes, the inside rims with gilt foliate swags at either side, 22.5cm high, interlaced LL monogram enclosing date letter H, and painter's mark X in blue, incised x and cn to bases of necks (minor losses to gilding) (4)
