A PAIR OF WILLIAM IV SILVER MEAT-DISHES MARK OF WILLIAM BATEMAN II, LONDON, 1833 Shaped oval with ribbon and reed borders, engraved on either side of the rim with a coat-of-arms 18 1/8 in. (46.1 cm.) wide 111 oz. (3452 gm.) The arms are those of Clive impaling Windsor for the marriage of Colonel the Hon. Robert Henry Clive (1789-1854), of Oakley Park, Shropshire, sometime MP for South Shropshire, to the Hon. Harriet Windsor on 19 June 1819. (2)
