W. Fores, c. 1788; newspaper cuttings predominantly from The Illustrated London News; aquatints by Newhouse C. B. from The Roadster's Album, published 1845 by Fores; Day and Son after W Simpson and J Needham, Colnaghi's Authentic Series, illustrating the Crimean War and showing naval battles etc.; portraits including Prince of Metternich by G Lewis after T Lawrence, 1812, mezzotint; hand-coloured engravings of the months (August missing); a collection of engravings by T Cook after Hogarth, Sleeping Congregation, Cruelty in Perfection, The Reward of Cruelty, A Rake's Progress, etc., 1769-1800, folio; engraved view of the Castle of St Anne in Franche-Comte by A Baudoin after van der Meulen; The Grange in Borrowdale by W Byrne and T Medland after J Farington; seven scenes from La Normandie Illustree; six prints by Tom Hubmann, signed, limited edition; scenes from Rapin's History of England; other featuring Nazareth, Jerusalem, River Jordan, Bethelem, Nubia and Thebes, various sizes, average size approximately 25 x 30 cm h:60.50 w:42 cm
