A Qajar lacquer qalamdan painted with the birds among flowering branches, fitted interior -- 9.in (22.9cm) long; a lacquer oval spectacle case painted in gilt with scrolling designs within a geometric border, contaning a apir of spectacles -- 6.in (15.9cm) long; a pair of small book covers painted with flowering branches on red grounds to the interiors, the exteriors with further flowers and geometric borders -- 4.in (10.8cm) long; a lacquer playing card with two lovers; a Gandharan stucco fragment in the form of a lion head, 4th/5th Century , wood stand; a pottery seal impressed with an animal; an Egyptian shabti; a Turkoman drop-shaped pendant; a pair of Persian silver and enamel tongs; various small hardstone pendants; a European ivory model of a walking cupid on a circular base -- 4.in (10.2cm) high; and various fragments of ivory, 19th Century .
