A rare pre war Dinky Toy/Modelled Miniatures cast steel composite Hand Mould for the 13 Hall's Distemper Advertisement Figure, one of the earliest Modelled Miniatures issued, 1931 walking figure in overall, with raised left hand and right hand carrying bucket and brush, comprising two-section mould, with later factory alteration to mould with Dinky Toys Meccano Made in England stamped into base, with entry-holes at feet and relief blow-hole through top of head, and third section locating tightly with pair of bayonet fixings, incorporating pouring well with two holes leading into casting, aligning neatly with legs of figure (G, bolts and wooden handle added)
