A SILVER INKSTAND AND A GEORGE II IRISH SILVER WAITER, the inkstand bearing marks for London, 1823, the waiter maker's mark of Thomas Williamson Dublin, circa 1734, the oblong inkstand raised on four foliate paw bracket supports, with applied gadrooned and foliate shell cornered rim, the ground later flat chased, and applied with three square bottle frames for the three silver mounted cut glass bottles, one bottle topped by a detachable taperstick-- 9½in. (24.1cm.) long ; the waiter shaped circular on three hoof supports, engraved with motto with crest above, with molded border, the wavy scroll rim applied with shell at intervals-- 6in. (15.2cm.) wide, the silver 27oz.
