A SUITE OF GILT-METAL SERVING PIECES Comprising: a Victorian tray, oval, the pierced gallery decorated with paterae and festoons, the field with foliate strapwork; a pair of gilt- metal breakfast dishes, each oval on four paw feet, with revolving cover, and two removable dishes; a pair of gilt-metal ice pails, each of pail form with hoops and simulated screws, swing handle and detachable strainers, all centering an engraved tugra and engraved IQBAL-UD-DOWLAH VIKAR-UL-OOMRAH, each marked Martin Hall & Co., Sheffield, late 19th century ; together with a set of three graduated trays, mark of Christofle , with reeded borders and the field engraved with a coat-of-arms; eight modern French shell-form dishes, each on three snail feet, and six smaller modern shell-form ashtrays, apparently unmarked The tray 28in. (71.1 cm.) long; the largest of three trays 25 in. (63.5 cm.) (22)
