It is described as "Promotional brochure with descriptions of Yosemite Valley, schedules for rail and stage service to and from the valley via San Francisco and Los Angeles, and a map of 'Rail and State Routes to and from Yosemite and the Big Trees' with inset map of 'Wawona and Vicinity.'" OCLC/WorldCat lists only one institution, the University of California Berkeley, as holding examples of the brochure. Currey & Kruska 310.
