A Tibeto Chinese gilt-bronze figure of Buddha Shakyamuni late 18th/19th century Seated in vajrasana on a lotus base, his right hand in bhumisparshamudra , the left resting on his lap and supporting the alms-bowl, wearing cloak, his face with meditative expression, elongated earlobes and blue coloured hairdress surmounted by a lotus bud, sealed 10.2 cm high
