A very fine accumulation of British Empire mint and used stamps in a large carton, housed in various albums and folders together with a large number of KGVI period still contained in the original packets of purchase, including a fine "core" collection of QV - KGV mint issues in two albums and used in four albums including Great Britain, Antigua, Ascension Is., Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda with a good number of 1938-53 key type values to £1, Canada, Dominica 1923-33 ½d. to £1 mint, Falkland Islands 1929-36 ½d. to £1 mint, Gambia, Grenada, K.U.T., Lagos, Leeward Is., Malta, Newfoundland, Nigerias, Rhodesia 1910-13 an excellent selection of "Double Heads" with mint (44) values to 10/-, used (76) values to £1 (2), St. Helena 1856 6d. unused, 1861 rough perf. 6d. with some o.g., numerous surcharges to 5/- mint, St. Kitts-Nevis, St. Vincent, Sierra Leone KEVII and KGV values to £1 mint; the KGVI collection includes some duplication, though most of the definitive series to the high values are represented mint in this collection.
