A well detailed and presented display model of the Cunard Liner R.M.S. Lusitania , built by D. Whitty, with masts, radio aerials, derricks and rigging, anchors, anchor davit, winches, capstans, bollards, deck winches, deck rails, glazed superstructure with bridge, passenger cabin windows, companionways, ventilators, water tanks, engine room lights, fans, stayed funnels, two with ladders, walkways and hooters, four with safety valve extension pipes, aft deck house and control position, sixteen 'canvas' covered lifeboats in davits and many other details. The hull, finished in Cunard Livery, with portholes, four propellers and rudder, is mounted on two turned wood supports -- 24 x 73in. (61 x 185.5cm.).
