A well detailed and presented sailing model of Sir Malcolm Campbell's diesel yacht 'Bluebird of Chelsea' , built by R. Golding with lowering mast and rigging, mizzen mast, anchors, winch, samson post, wood capped deck rails, fenders in racks, ventilators, lockers with hinged lids, glazed wheelhouse with sliding doors, fitted interior with brass bound helm, compass controls and instruments, radio, seat, chart table, sliding roof and externally mounted horns, searchlight and aerials, outside steering position, rear deck with saloon and upholstered seats, folding table over and stern davits with clinker built dinghy with bottom boards, thwarts, oars and rowlocks. The framed hull, with two shafts with 'A' brackets, three blade propellors and twin rudders and planked deck is finished in red, white and polished brightwork -- 40 x 86½in. (101.5 x 219.5cm.).
