Illustrated with tipped-in pictorial plates from actual earlier book sources, including American Big Game Hunting (1893), Big Game Fishes of the U.S. (1903), Lake and Stream Game Fishing (1917), Any Luck? (1933), Pot Luck (1945), and The Pheasants of North America (1956), with laid in tissue-guards (as issued). Plus six extra text leaves from six early related printed sources laid inside the publisher's envelope, which is inscribed and signed by the author. Other illustrations printed within the text by T.O. Duncan. 11x8½, half polished calf and marbled boards, spine tooled in gilt, gilt-lettered green calf spine label, publisher's maroon cloth clamshell box with paper cover and spine labels. Copy letter "B" of 26 hand-lettered copies specially bound by Jim Currier (of Newton, CT). Deluxe Limited First Edition. Signed and lettered by the author in the colophon. The author's inscribed and signed envelope explains that the six extra text leaves were originally supposed to be tipped-in but the book had already been bound. Includes the publisher's 4-page prospectus. Book bound in rustic-style with slight intended wear. Lot Amendments Condition: Fine. Item number: 169627
