30.25" single edged blade with 20.25" fuller. Brass single branch guard with wire-wrapped shagreen grip. Obverse ricasso marked with four-line Ames address in scroll. No scabbard. Condition: Fair. Blade has a light pewter finish with a dull luster and light scattered oxidation and light rust frosting. Guard has a mild patination with some bronzing. All of the wire remains with moderate wear to shagreen with some separation of seam.
