An Apologie, or Defence of the Possession of William Sommers, a yong man of the towne of Nottingham wherein this worke of God is cleared from the evil name of counterfaytinge, and thereupon also it is shewed that in these dayes men may be possessed with devils, and that being so, by prayer and fasting the uncleane spirit may be cast out, black letter, woodcut typographical ornament and initial [STC 6280.5], [Amsterdam?, 1599?]; A True Narration of the Strange and Grevous Vexation by the Devil, of 7. Persons in Lancashire, and William Somers of Nottingham. Wherein the doctrine of possession and dispossession of demoniakes out of the word of God is particularly applyed unto Somers, and the rest of the persons controverted, [STC 6288], printed [by the English secret press?] 1600; A True Relation of the Grievous Handling of William Sommers of Nottingham, being possessed with a devill.
